Protein bars

Anyone aware of any good Protein bars? I checked over 20 at my local grocery store and all of them had a ton of sugar or sugar alcohols!

I only eat then if I'm on the go go go... I find that they have way too many carbs. I find eating low sodium beef Jerky is better than the Protein bars. ~Leticia **HW: 259**PreOp: 216**SURG: 3/21/1

Oh and atkins chocolate chip granola. 17 grams of protein. One gram of sugar. They DO have 9 grams of sugar alcohol though. It's not horrible, but if you're super sensitive...It could have an impact I guess.

I looked at them but the sugars looked really high. 15 grams and the first ingredient was sugar then a few ingredients down corn syrup. I was afraid of dumping. Did they work ok for you?
