Hi my name is misty I am 37 and have been obese my entire life I am two weeks pre op and feeling very overwhelmed I was always against the surgery but last nov my Bp was so out of control my dr told me I was a stroke waiting to happen I have tried diet after failed diet and I am scared of failing with this ad well hoping to find some people near me I am pretty new to the north central alabama area having my surgery may 1st .... Open to any suggestions or tips anyone has
