I'm 6 1/2 weeks post and I ate a rainbow roll Friday. I took off as much of the rice as I could. Was fine. Just remember to chew chew chew!!

Sashimi is my friend! You can get in so much pure protein so easily. Sushi and rolls not so much for me. At 11 months out, the rice still hurts my pouch.

YEAH ... me too! I'm only 2 weeks post but I tried a little taste testing my homemade chicken & shrimp fried rice for my family. OMG..it gave me the bubble guts
