Can we absorb soft gel supplements?

I got soft gels but was wondering if anyone knows if RNYs can absorb the supplements or do I need to break them open? Thanks.

    I have heard ppl Put them in their ninja blender and blend them up with their protein drinks. Not sure how well that would go over or if its the right thing to do lol. Something to ask the Nut for sure.
