My guess is if you are eating regular foods you could try it. I haven't tried PB yet except for the PB in protein bars...

Try PB2, it's powdered peanut putter, 85%less fat than the regular one, you can make your own peanut butter or add the powder to shakes for flavor. I found it at GNC, you can also order from Amazon.

I am just curious.... Have u tried any peanut butter. I can not handle it AT ALL!! Lol. It is my enemy! No matter what kind I have tried it is instant dumping! I am almost 8 mos out too!!

Well thanks but its ok. I can so without it. I never really liked it that much before I had a banana with p. b. on it and it sooooo did not agree with me!
