Plateau busting workout?

Hey,

I was online looking for workout plans and came across this one from Women's Health Magazine online. The description is:

"Shed fat fast and get into the greatest shape of your life with this calorie-crushing, plateau-busting routine". I tried it today at the gym and I have to say, my body really responded. I was sweating and feeling the workout afterwards! It is based upon a set of strength training exercises with blasts of cardio between each set. You can choose whatever machine you want for the cardio portion (I chose the elliptical), but you have to have it at a mid to high intensity while for the amount of time you're on it.

Here is link to the hot body workout:

You have to sign up to view and download the workout, but it is free.
