So I started my antibiotics for the H-Pylori today and there's 3 different pills I have to take twice daily. The pharmacist said that I need to eat something the equivelant to 3 slices of bread with my pills or else they won't be absorbed and I will throw up. I ate a granola bar and some greek yogurt and still felt a little queasy. So I ate a peice of french bread.
I was doing so well on my diet and losing weight before surgery and I feel like now I don't know what to do. Does anybody have any ideas or has anyone been through this? :/
