On a roll - I'm getting excited now!

Ok, so I've been doing the 12 month pre op plan per my insurance it's getting to the last 3 months so I had to schedule my nutrionist appt which I can do at the same time next week that I see the Doc to discuss my surgery in more detail. I was then told I had to do the psych eval and that's scheduled for 2/15/13 but I have to pay a $50 report fee and then the $40 copay. I'm smiling though because I was told my surgery should be around May/June. Any pointers for the pschy eval or the nutrionist please let me know.
