Surgery in one week!

I know it's obviously soon for this, but I know some people to baby food instead of pureeing, cos I know I won't be able to blend chicken lol. Feel like I'm pregnant and nesting, I want to have everything ready, what kind of baby food is best? Kind and flavors?
