I started my liquid diet yesterday...it has been rough. I also have two little boys that I have to cook for. Last night after I cooked dinner my husband told me to go ahead and go to bed because I was so grumpy. My suggestion is to just turn in early so that you don't have to think about the hunger...I know that doesn't help much, but it's all I got:)

Just keep telling yourself it is only for 2 weeks. Also weigh daily because every morning the scale went down. I lost 20 pounds doing the 2 week optifast liquid diet. I did not cheat once. Loosing that weight really helps to jump start the weight lost, especially since you will gain several pounds in the hospital from IV fluids, etc.

Crock pot cooking for Fam. Up Fiber intake in your Protein shakes. Optifast and powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury work well and u can add Vitamin drops or chewable a to your blender with shakes and ice?

Won't hurt.... I love sf Jello and pops...
