Hi everyone how's it going??? I am great i finally lost my first 20lbs!!!!:clap2:I definitely have no regrets getting this surgery,,,it is definitely a tool, cause there is still alot of work to losing, but it is so wonderful to see the numbers on my scale go down.I will definitely be posting more often,,, stay tuned.

20 lbs is wonderful. You feel like you really CAN do it now .

I remember feeling sucessfull after just surgery. I had to remind myself , oh yeah I still have to lose the WEIGHT. tee hee.

It has been such a wonderful trip for me. I do miss the quantity of food but boy oh boy does these 14 jeans feel good.
