Eligible expenses?

I've checked my insurance coverage at least a dozen times since I started this process. Everything tells me the same thing, 80% of eligible expenses. Problem is, I can't, for the life of me, find anything that explains what the eligible/non-eligible expenses are! Anyone have a clue? I have UHC.

All insurance is different. Your best answer would be to either call your insurance company, or call the place your having your surgery done and see if they would know.

I agree I called my insurance co. I had a list of questions and went down the list. I wanted no surprises. Good luck :)
