85 pounds in 4 months?? Amazing job!!! But plateaus are frustrating for anyone especially an extended one. I'm only about a month out so I have zero experience!! But how is your protein intake, still up high?

Actually my protein sucks... I have tried 7 types of protein supplements, shakes and such and they all have made me sick :( so therefore my dr had me eating 1&1/2 tablespoons of peanutbutter first thing in the morning and right before bed :( and mainly meat and vegetables for other meals :(

Which protein shakes have you tried and how do you mix them? I mix mine with skim milk and splenda. Greek yogurt is also a great source of protein. If you can't tolerate protein supplements then be sure you eat lots of lean meat because you need 60-80grams of protein everyday to keep losing!

Try unjury chicken soup. It really is good and is 21 grams of protein. You have to order it online but you can order samples for like 2 bucks. Also my surgeons office gave me some samples of it and I tried it and loved it. It taste like creamy chicken bouillon in warm water

My nutrition said more Protein, up to at least 90 g, more Water, and more calories on the days you work out
