I Need Some Advice....How do I keep from having flabby skin?

Does anyone know what I can do to keep from having flabby skin?

A big problem is that I need a knee replacement and can't "walk" or ride a bike, etc.

The only thing I can do for exercise is to go to an indoor pool and swim.

Weight lifting helps a lot. Or any type of resistance training...but I know the weights make a noticeable difference.

Thanks. I would get a gym membership, but that's all I could do is the weights.

I've never used them before!!

Much cheaper than a gym membership...

My doctor said the best thing is kettle ball training. I am still too new to tell you from my experience though.
