5 days pre diet before surgery

thin piece of steak, steam broccolli and cawliflower with the meals. had scrambled egg white egg beater with a piece of

whole wheat toast, and once a piece of whole wheat toast with a slice of cheese on it.

lots of Water, some with decaffenated tea, some with crystal light mixes.

i feel a gnawing in my stomach and I am fatigued. using the bathroom all the time 1 and 2.

is this normal? what do you think?

IDK.... we all handle the process differently, if something really seems out of wack I would talk to your doctor.
