I'm just so frustrated, they were supposed to submit to ins, I've had 3 different people call me from the surgens office for paper work they already have, I called the ins and they haven't recived anything from them... I know I'm rambling and I need to be patient, its just hard when I feel like I'm getting the run around... Sry just had to vent a lil bit ,,,,,,, :/

Having the same problems. Needed to get this done this year but doesn't look like that is going to happen. Will be paying my deductable all over again.

I feel so bad for you but sometimes you have to be on top of ppl in order to get things done. I was on top of everyone but I could be a pain but I just get pushy till I get what I want or need.

Do the same. Try nice then get pushy then mean & demanding.

Your welcome:) someone always cares. I had a friend (no longer friends) used to tell me we may be far but we are near in the heart. In other words we think of each other even though we couldn't see each other. Live in different states.

It could be worse my drs office submitted to med group for approval only to find out that its excluded from my policy if not medically necessary. I'm am so frustrated. I have done everything and even liquid diet! Now all this bull....I'm not too worried though I have the co morbities.

Finally since dec 21 I have fought with my ins co and med grp and I am finally APPROVED! So excited!
