Wireless problems with Dell laptop

I have been having a lot of problems with my wireless network on my Dell laptop so tonight, when it was working for a change, I googled Dell wireless troubleshooting. I finally found the answer to the problem which is to press F2 and it will fix the problem. If any of you are having this problem, try pressing F2. I absolutely love that man who knew the "fix." Does anyone know how to do fn?
