Help!

I am 4 months post op. Before the surgery I walk everyday but now I can't get myself up to go walking. Money is tight so a gym membership is out of the question. I'm trying to get my motivation back to go out there and start walking again. Just joining My Fitness Pal and hopefully that will help motivate me. Please look for me at n32382.
