So, with surgery scheduled for 12/20/12, I am well on my way to what feels like starving on this pre-surgery diet. I was told I could have two Slim Fast drinks and one Lean Cuisine meal each day. Why does it seem like this is torture? My head hurts, my energy is non-existent, and I am grumpy. I am trying my best not to bite anyone's head off, but it is really hard with a 5 year old and 3 year old that are so full of life. So, what can I eat to supplement this liver shrinking diet that won't counter-act the shrinking part. I ate a pickle today. I ate a bite of chicken yesterday. From what I am reading, most of these diets are liquid only. Would soup be okay? Thanks to anyone and everyone. All information is appreciated and welcomed!
