Suger Free

Ok so I set a date yay!!!! But the nutritionist said I could have sugar free things for my liquid post op diet and one of the things is sugar free fudgicles so I went to the store to try them out and they only had no sugar? Is sugar free and no sugar added the same thing.

No there not unfortunately just look at the sugar content of no sugar added should be less then 15grams per surving I only eat sugar free pops haven't found fudgecicles sugar free tried one with no sugar added and didn't feel right just be careful

Is fat free and zero fat the same thing?

Oh that sucks I was all excited about eating that too oh well I have to stick with Popsicles sugar free of course. Thanks for the advice
