Excessive Sweating

anyone have trouble with excessive sweating since surgery? Any Ideas to help this frustrating everyday ordeal and its not menopause....

    If I eat sugar or salt I sweat. If I eat wheat I get a runny nose. I just take them as signs to stop doing so. Good to have little built in reminders like that.

    Sweating is normal and healthy when you are losing weight. It is another way for your body to rid itself of impurities. Just make sure you stay well hydrated.
