Eating after fills

I have just had my second fill. I am having a hard time with my first couple of bites. It seems to just stop, and not go anywhere and then it has to come up. I am also having trouble in the mornings with breakfast. I need suggestions on what I could eat for breakfast.

For breakfast I usually eat Cottage Doubles...Its cottage cheese and fruit...it has 11g protein for 5.5 oz thats something really soft and it may help....A lot of ppl say that breakfast is smetimes the hardest meal of the day...are you taking SMALL bites and chew chew chewing??????? That for me is t he hardest part...GOOD LUCK!!!

btw how much do you have in your band?
