I should start that next week. Wednesday I have another appointment.

My nutritionist said those will work. Are you using all the low-fat mayos and stuff?

Thanks for replying, no I have not but will when i make them. I had scrambled eggs yesterday it was good and today they did not sit well. So far only cottage cheese has been good and 1/4 c mashed potatos with melted cheese.

In the past I have found cottage cheese very disgusting to eat alone. Do you mix that with anything or eat it plain? I can eat it in lasagna or desserts but plain. Blah. I am hopin that my taste buds change for it and I can eat it later

I am eating it with a tsp of sf smuckers blackberry jam, cannot wait to be able to have it with mandarin oranges. At the beginning I used to hate it but the Protein in it is so awesome that I learned to love it!
