Is this a problem?

Okay gang I am a little worried. I am 10 sleeps away from my surgery date and I think I can feel a cold coming on. Mind over matter and I tell myself I am fine and chug my green tea, however I cannot remember the rule. If I am sniffly for surgery can I still get it done? I do not want to set back the date or cancel. What is the rule?

Hi Yasmina

Wow hard to believe it will be 2 weeks tomorrow! No not feeling any pain at all now and actually went to the gym last night too. I just did some speed walking on the tredmill. But a few days after surgery I was out walking around. I might have been out sooner if it haden't been so cold out. I was back to work the 4 days after surgery, so like you I went in on a Friday and was back on Tuesday.

Each day post-op is much better and it really is a huge difference. I was just unlucky with the gas pain. I won't be on the tennis court for a couple more weeks. Mainly because I am not consuming enough calories to play. But I figured a little treadmill could not hurt.

Already I see a huge difference and I am already down a size in my pants and everything else that I was sqeezing into fits really well now. And that is just in 2 weeks!

Good luck tomorrow! you are going to do awsome!

Let me know how you do

Cheers

Champagne Sally

Thanks Mookie

Yes, I feel really good actually and want to make sure I keep healthy, so I want to go to the gym as soon as possible and start that routine.

Cheers

Sally
