January 28, 200719 yr has anyone had the lapband done at mt carmel hospital in columbus, ohio? i have gone to a seminar, gone to a psychological evaluation and am seeing a nutritional counselor next friday. i have anthem BC.BS federal plan and mt carmel is a preferred provider.
