TO all spouses

Please support us we are going though a very trying time in our life when we choose to finally take control of our bad eating habits and do something positive. We know you are afraid for us don't be come learn with us and help us past this trying time in our life's in the long run we will all be better for it.

Support us and be by our side for we to are afraid of the unknow. I will be 52 years old July 26. My surgery is on the 1 of August . Years ago I wanted this surgery but was afraid of change. Now I have to have surgery to save my life for I have ruined my health with my bad eating habits. I have been Diabetic for 30 years. And need to change and becuse of my wife and kids I'm 39 days from surgery they have been my rock have push me to go on. My daughter is even changed her major in collage as a chef in culinary to include A minor in nutrition . The moral of this story is get behind your spouse and SUPPORT us PLEASE we do need your help if you are going to be afraid be afraid we us becuse we are afraid to
