Trouble With Protein

I'm 12 days post op and I'm having a hard time getting my protein in. I'm so over the shake any other ideas? Would it be gross if I put some protein powder in my yogurt or pudding?

I guess you could try it and see. Be sure to let us know how that turns out.

There are protein shots by New Whey. You get 21 grams of protein with half of a shot. It's only two ounces of fluid. Walmart sells them for 2.48 a shot. You can order them online by the case for a little cheaper but it's a good way to get in your protein at first.

I put the unflavored protein in my pudding. It changes the flavor a bit, but it's doable. I really like the Unjury chicken soup for something non sweet. I'm 20 days post op and I do a shake for best and dinner, and the soup for lunch. That makes 77 grams of protein a day. Done!

The best advise I can give is I'm a yr out now and isopure plus zero carb ready to drink is the consistency of gatoraid I ordered mine from supplementewearhouse.com 8oz size alpine punch or grape frost 15 prot and 60 carbs. I just couldn't gag down anymore thick chunky shakes!
