15Days Post Op

Well I am 15 days out of surgery and I have lost 27 lbs. The only thing that I am having trouble with is drinking these protein shakes.

GNC sells a pre-made shake called total lean lean shakes . No grit at all and they taste delicious!

I liked the Atkins protein shakes they sold them right at wal-Mart. I liked the vanilla and strawberry ones. The chocolate ones were a bit chalky but that could just be me. Sounds like you are doing good so far though:-)

I can tolerate the taste but my body has decided it doesn't like them. I had been drinking Labrada Lean Body vanilla which is very good, no grit.
