Am I the only person wondering how long you have to wait to have sex after lapband placement, pleeeeaaase help?????:help::heh:

I wasn't told anything by my doctor. I had heard when ever you feel ready. I personally waited 3 days!

I was told whenever I felt like it, as long as I was careful. They did ask that we wait at least until we left the surgical center...:heh:

I went about a week and a half.

I was good to go the next day...but a word of caution-make sure he doesn't put any weight on your port area, I did run into some discomfort from that. Have fun!

I waited 2 days! It's a bit uncomfortable though and you might feel like the stitches are pulling apart depending on what you are doing....lol :huggie:

As long as you don't try acrobatics or gymnastics in bed, there's really no time limit I've ever heard of!

you all are more brave than I am...I think we waited about a week & 1/2 or so!
