White Turkey Chili

Just in time for the fall cooler weather.

1 lb. ground turkey breast (regular ground turkey is higher in fat and calories so make sure to use turkey breast)

1 large onion

2 cups low fat cream

1/2 tsp cumin powder

1/2 tsp white pepper

1/2 tsp Kosher salt

1 can white navy Beans (drained and rinsed)

1 can chick peas (drained and rinsed)

Saute turkey and onion until fully cooked. Add the beans and chick peas, seasonings, and cream. Stir and simmer for 20 minutes.

It's that easy and delish!

Enjoy.

Omg... Soooo good... My husband loves this and he never gets excited about new food- then we realized- this soup is a "cousin to sausage dip"...an old favorite of ours-- lol... We also used spicey chicken sausage instead of turkey!

What is the lowfat cream? Fat free creamer?

In the dairy section- near heavy cream- low fat cream is one of the options- i haf never used it before but it was like the consistancy fat free half and half
