Skin breakout

I've alway had very good skin. Only the occasional hormonal pimple. But since having my surgery my skin is constantly breaking out.

I already use proactive but has anyone else had similar issues. Could it be that I'm drinking less pure Water (doesn't sit well and not getting a huge amount in)

Any advice.

Hi,

I was sleeved on September 23, 2013. I started breaking out as well. I started itching and there were a lot of blemishes on my skin. First I thought is was from mosquito bites but soon realized something else was doing it. It was the surge in the amount of milk based Protein I was consuming. What I had was a slight reaction to the whey protein. I have always used the Atkins shake for Meal Replacement but never had a problem. Pre-op I was consuming 3 of the Pure Premium shakes which have 30g of whey protein. Since the operation I have tried to hold back on the Protein drinks to one per day. My doctor presribed something for my skin and I can definitely tell the difference. I still maintain my 60+ per day of protein just not from all shakes.
