liquid protein

I just left TJMaxx with a bottle of Creation's Garden liquid protien. It's orange flavored. 32 ounces for 12.99. Took two teaspoonfuls ....16 grms protien. Just like taking cough syrup. Not bad.....this is for me! Those drinks and ahakes are ghastly!

    That's pretty cheap too. Those bottles generally run about $25..my sister uses it.
