Stomach flap

Anyone after surgery that did not have a stomach flap. I've been heavy most of my life, since I was 5 and always have had a belly. I'm just worried that there is no elasticity left even though i'm only 25. I won't have money for plastics probably til later in life, just didnt know if anyone else didn't have a problem with this or if everyone does.

I'm there with ya girl. Fluids and more fluids and exercise.

I have totally accepted that I will have a flap. I had it when I was 16 and lost of my weight...now that I am older and gained more weight I know it is inevitable.

I haven't had my surgery yet, but definitely get plenty of fluids. Exercise is key, I guess I could start hydrating better before surgery with lotion that has collagen in it. I havent had any kids or anything. If I have a flap it really wouldnt bother me just as long as i am healthy...wrinkles would be better though ;p

I've lost 100 pounds and the flap is definitely there. It's a flat flap now :(

Well you look awesome. I guess a flat one is better than one that completely weighs you down. My last weigh in for insurance purposes in monday and I hope to be on my liquid diet this month..i'm ready

The flap is better than the spare tire that was there!
