As a general rule: Guys lose faster and the band is no different....

Hi Mike...I had surgery on January 9th. I am 6'0" and the day of my surgery I was at 302. So far so good...the only real issue I have had is the dreaded gas pains afterwards. By the 3rd day for the most part mine was gone. Although I am a newbie I will be glad to answer anything I can for you.

I will be having mine on the 22nd (1 week form today  ), and I'm male. I'm 5'10", 255, and in the middle of the pre-op liquid diet.

I certainly expect everything to be ok, and hearing from the other men on the board has certainly helped.
