I try to eat as much protein as I can with every meal. I always eat that first. I do have an occasional bite of things that aren't that healthy, but for the most part I try hard. Im having a hard time getting all my liquids in. But with that said I was 295 pounds and now weigh 201, six months later. Only TWO more pounds to go till I am FINALLY under 200!!!! So excited. I also had thoughts of how long my life would be if the weight didn't come off. I lost my mother only a year ago to a heart attack. My dad the year before to cancer. Its been very hard. But I decided I deserve and my children deserve me to be healthier, and have a longer life. I have absolutely no regrets from this surgery! I owe my life to it. I feel so much better and have more energy. Its scary, all the unknowns, but at the end of the day I can honestly say this is the best decision I've ever made!!! Because there is no way I could have done this without it!
