So... is anyone else concerned with all the MSG in Protein powders. I know that we are all very health conscious at the moment, and I know that the protein is very necessary; but, this is probably a good reason to switch to "real" protein as soon as possible??
These contain MSG:
Textured protein
whey protein
Whey protein concentrate
Whey protein isolate
Soy protein
Soy protein concentrate
Soy protein isolate
Anything “protein”
Anything “protein fortified”
Has any of our advanced researchers looked into protein supplements that don't contain MSG?
I'm on real foods now, but on occasion I don't feel like eating all my protein... I know that some people turn to juicing, but I just don't have the time and energy to juice every day.
