Before surgery needs

Hi all! Getting sleeved August 26. I have a Magic Bullet to blend and purée. Is that sufficient? Also was thinking about getting a large Tervis cup for all the "sipping" that everyone talks about, rather than my preferred method of drinking through a straw...any other tools or tips to offer? Thanks!!
