Full Liquids

Hi all! Sunday I will be 10 days post-op and start phase 2, which is full liquids. The problem is, I'm having a hard time coming up with things I can eat. I've been living off of sugar free jello and Popsicles, and of course protein shakes, but I need some ideas. I'm excited for the day I'll get to eat eggs, refried beans, veggies. Can you help

a girl out?

Yep - cream of wheat and puréed soups. I did add some chocolate peanut butter protein powder to my cream of wheat this morning to change it up a bit. I'm on day 10 and REALLY need some variety

Here's my menu at 10 days out...V-8 juice light, tomato juice, thinned soups, applesauce, low fat yogurt, low fat/sugar free pudding, thinned out oatmeal, cream of wheat, baby food ( I ate meats, veggies, and fruit. ) on day 14 I added cottage cheese (put baby food fruit in it or sugar free jello. Day 16 added bananas and well chewed strawberries. The time will go fast. Good luck.
