BMI reached?

How many of you have actually reached your healthy BMI according to the BMI chart? I was telling a coworker today that my suggested weight is 120. She's a very frail looking woman & she said she weighed 120. I'm not sure 120 is right for me. Am I just making excuses?

I reached my BMI (upper end) during month 7 (6 months ago). Since then, I have been playing daily with nutrition and fitness to achieve ideal fitness while staying at BMI. Maybe I will write a book on this experience someday. What a journey!
