Boost or High Protein Ensure

Can we drink Boost or Ensure? I know they are full of Vitamins and Protein. I like the taste and I probably can get a prescription for it. I had one before when I was sick and had IBS.. I know TMI. But I need to save every dime I can.

Hi, to be honest I buy my protein shakes at Costco. It is the Premier Protein. For 18 it costs 25.oo. also with 160 calories, vitamins, low sugar etc. Give it a try. I understand you can also look them up on line.

Hey did I mention it also contained 30 grams of protein? I keep some in my car for emergencies it tastes better cold but can be easily tolerated room or car temp. They also have bars or again for emergencies, at Trader Joes and Smart and Final you can buy the think thin bars.
