Protein Shakes

This question is for anyone that has any good information but more for anyone 6 months to a year out...When did you stop drinking protein shakes?

I cut back when I got to the full foods stage - about week 6. I still occasionally drink them - mainly after exercise. But I try to get all my protein from real foods now.

I quit Day 7, when I went to soft foods. The nutritionist said to be off the protein shakes by at least the six month point, but I did not like them.

I'm 9 month out and am still finding it difficult to handle certain foods - I don't like fish, beef, pork and chicken all hurt me so I'm still on the shakes at times - luckily I've found one that I like and have it with almond milk.
