Aug. 12th surgery date any others

I just found out today my surgery is on Aug. 12th 2013 I'm so excited and ready I have bee. Reading and I'm shocked that my last week before I'm just on a high protein diet so I can eat all the meat I want until the day before I'm on a clear liquid diet
