Help with blood pressure

I've been taking my vitamins and eating healthy. Im not saying I eat 3 meals a day and 2 snacks but I do eat and always under my calorie goal of 650. I am 5 months post op but recently I've been getting dizzy, sweating and feeling cold, also I check my sugar and sometimes it's normally and sometimes it's low. But today I curved my BP and it was very high and I'm not sure why. Anyone have any suggestions! I never had high bp or sugar before sugar.

Hmmm. I thought you were going to say the your blood pressure was low , cause that's what is happening to me.

Are you taking any different meds? Even over the counter allergy meds? Drinking caffeine? If there is no explanation, then get thee to the doctor!!!!! At least call. If you are having headaches, get there now!
