What is the stitch that pops?

I have seen a few people mention that as soon as one of their stitches popped inside then they felt a lot better. What is this stitch?

    u know what i never heard that...but i felt like something released or popped about week 3 or 4 and after that i felt 50% better....now i am about 85% 2 months out
