I tried making high protein white chocolate pudding using jello SF pudding mix, mootopia skim milk and 2 scoops of unjury unflavored protein. Yuck! Blech! Gross! So now I'm having my yoplait light vanilla Greek yogurt.

I loved mine when I made it - used only 1 scoop of Unjury Chocolate Splendor, though, in some SF chocolate pudding mix.

Yes, sounds like too much protein powder. I gather it was dry and grainy?

I have to say - it sounds really good, the above poster is right - too much protein powder

I was only going to use 1 scoop, but the unjury website called for 2. The texture was ok - it was the aftertaste that got to me.
