down 110 lbs

Hi everyone just wanted to update my status , down 110 lbs so far started at 338 now 229 only 10 months later!!! the weight loss has very much slowed down after 6 months but I need to go to hte gym more ... very excited to see what 12 months brings

    Great job!!! I'm getting sleeved Monday (7/8)... Nervous, but ready. My beginning weight is 307... Can't wait for this time next year:)
