UH oxford

My doctor states insurance requires pcp to have a medically structures weight loss attempt. Does this mean I have to join Weight Watchers.I dont want to mess this up

    Not necessarily, you could be followed by your PCP as long has you see him regularly and you are weighed each visit s what my surgeon said.

    Well I am at the end, everything was submitted on Tuesday afternoon, and I have UH/Oxford Liberty. How long will it take to get a decision? I am on pins and needles.
