Negative Calorie Intake

I know we are supposed to go for a deficit, but I only ate 500 calories today, and my workout (a HIIT class) burned 612 calories according to my HRM. Is this bad or good? My protein is normal, but fish and shrimp just don't have that many calories.

I'm in the negative today, and have been for the past few days. I need 1300 calories to maintain and I'm almost 400 calories short. My protein is 92, so that's good. It's pretty neat, because even though I don't ant to lose any more, I've lost 2 pounds in the past five days. I like being under, but not normally four days in a row and not normally 400 calories!
