Personal trainer

Hello! I'm getting ready for surgery and I was wondering if anybody knows how to find a good personal trainer or gym for WLS patients in the Los Angeles, Ca area ? More specifically San Fernando Valley. Thank you! ????

Also check your local recreation center. That is where I found mine. Cross Fit centers will sometimes offer personal training as well. Find someone you can relate to and is interested in you and you

I found mine a few years ago on CL. You could also go to a gym and find one, although, they will be pretty expensive though a gym. Also, Groupon and Living Social have some great deals on trainers. This way you could try them out for a great price and see if you click.

Cross Fit centers will sometimes offer personal training as well. Find someone you can relate to and is interested in you and your goals. Most will offer a free session. I went through three before I found the one I use now.
