I just realized that i have no clue WHY we arent suppose to drink anything 30 minutes before eating

I think it's mostly because we would get filled up on Water and not have room in tummies for the nutrients we need

I was told that if you drink while eating that it flushes the food out your stomach and you will not fill up.

There is actually a great you tube video that shows why. They put applesauce in a funnel. As you slowly add just a few sips of Water it's Amazon how quickly it passes through the system. Ill see if I can find a link

they want your stomach empty so you can get the nutrion from your food....since you dont get much food it will give you the sensation of being full...now if you drink before and during and you flush that food out then you will be eating more and wont get the loss you are looking for.
